Banana Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, make a well in center of mixture. Combine remaining ingredients, add to dry mixture, stirring until moistened.
- Pur batter into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and cool on wire rack.
