Banana Honey Shake

From the Tables of Lebanon cookbook. I have changed the dairy milk to non dairy milk. Enjoy!

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 3  ripe bananas
  • 2  tablespoons  pure honey (I use raw honey)
  • 4  cups  non dairy milk (I use soy or almond)
  • 6  ice cubes
  • 1  teaspoon  ground flax seed (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. If desired, add ground flaxseed now. Blend at high speed until a thin, creamy consistency is reached.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Enjoy!
