Banana Fudge Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups very cold 1% low-fat milk
- 1⁄2 cup soft silken tofu
- 2 ripe med bananas, frozen and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened natural cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar or 1 teaspoon dark honey
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
