Banana Finger Biscuits

Yields: 1 9x9 Pan
Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 8 ounces rolled oats
- 8 ounces wholemeal flour
- 8 ounces sugar
- 8 ounces butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix oats, sugar, flour, butter and soda.
- Blend in eggs and mix to a stiff dough.
- Place half in a 9x9 silpat pan (or greased).
- Slice bananas on top of this.
- Place the other half of the mix on top.
- Bake to golden brown.
