Banana Cream Rum Pudding

Very easy dessert. I serve this in a wine glass and usually top it with a blob of Cool Whip. Looks elegant and tasts terrific. Can be done ahead as well.

Ingredients

• 1  sugar-free banana cream pudding mix (4 servings, if unavailable use vanilla pudding mix)
• 2  cups low-fat milk
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  rum extract
• 1  large banana, sliced
• 1⁄3 cup seedless raisin
• 4  graham wafers
•  ground cinnamon

Directions

1. Prepare pudding mix per instructions using milk and rum extaract.
2. Stir in banana slices.
3. Spoon into cups.
4. Garnish with graham wafer pieces.
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
