Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 ounces light rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 ripe banana
- 1 ounce half-and-half
- 1 ounce coconut cream
- 1 cup ice, crushed
- 1 banana, slice
Directions
- Place the light rum, pineapple juice, ½ banana, half-and-half, coconut cream, and ice into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a chilled hurricane glass; garnish with a banana slice.
