Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. Melt butter.
  2. In a good sized mixing bowl, blend together bananas, sugar, egg and flour.
  3. Mix in baking soda, baking powder, and melted butter.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Baked in lined muffin tins at 375 degrees for 12-20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Check after 12 minutes to prevent muffins from over baking.
