Banana Bread Simple Easy Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl thoroughly.
- In another bowl add melted butter (cooled) beat in eggs, beat in bananas, stir in vanilla.
- Take dry ingredients and slowly add to banana mixture.
- Stir in gently until all ingredients are moistened.
- Pour batter in buttered and floured loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until golden brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
- When done place on a wire rack to cool.
