Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 lb sweet creamy butter (real butter only)
- 6 bananas, mashed
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cream room temp butter and sugar, and add the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
- Spray 3 loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
- Divide batter into the 3 pans and cook for 45 minute or less (I like my banana bread light).
