Banana Boats

Very quick and easy recipe. Great to make with kids, let them make their own for some extra fun.

• Yields: 1 banana

Ingredients

• 1  banana
• 1⁄8 cup chocolate chips
• 1⁄8 cup mini marshmallows

Directions

1. Peel back one side of banana.
2. Slice banana down the middle, but do not cut all the way through.
3. Stuff with chocolate and marshmallows.
4. Wrap in aluminum foil and grill until soft.
