Banana Bites

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1  cup sugar
• 2  large eggs
• 1  cup banana, mashed in puree
• 2  cups all-purpose flour
• 1  tablespoon baking powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 cup  nuts, chopped (I used pistachios)
• 1  cup raisins (obtional)
• 1  teaspoon cinnamon (obtional)

Directions

1. Cream the butter with sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add mashed banana.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients. Beat well. Pour the dough with a spoon on a greased baking sheet.
3. Cook in a preheated oven of 375 F for 8 to 10 minutes.
