Banana and Kiwi Smoothie

Yields: 2 glasses
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 1 tablespoon cream (optional, could just use creamy milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon honey
- 125 ml milk (or a little extra if not using cream)
Directions
- Chop the fruit roughly and put into your mixer bowl / container.
- Add cream (optional), vanilla extract and honey.
- Whizz up until smooth, but don't worry if there are still some lumps.
- Add a little milk and whizz up until smooth.
- Then add as much of the remaining milk as you want to suit your tastes.
