Banana and Custard Sundaes

Yields: 4 sundaes
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 425 g prepared custard
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
- chopped pecans (optional)
Directions
- Mash 2 of the bananas in a bowl and stir in the custard.
- Spoon into the bases of four glasses.
- Drop the scoops of ice cream on to the custard then slice in the remaining banana.
- *Generously add sauce*.
- Scatter with nuts if you are using them, and serve.
