Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet.
  2. Add the peanuts and 1 cup sugar. Cook over medium heat, constantly stirring until nuts are golden brown and sugar has carmelized - about3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove nuts to a large bowl.
  4. Add cumin and pepper flakes.
  5. Toss to distribute seasonings.
  6. Let cool,then toss with remaining sugar.
  7. Serve immediately, or let cool and store tightly covered.
