Yields: 1 1/2 cups vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3⁄4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 dash water
Directions
- Mix well and toss desired amount with salad greens or in a pasta salad.
- Store remaining dressing in the refrigerator.
