Balsamic Vinaigrette

A easy, tasty salad dressing. Try to use a good- quality balsamic vinegar since it is the main flavor.

• Yields: 1 1/2 cups vinaigrette

Ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup  balsamic vinegar
• 3⁄4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1  cup olive oil
•  salt and pepper
• 1  dash water

Directions

1. Mix well and toss desired amount with salad greens or in a pasta salad.
2. Store remaining dressing in the refrigerator.
