Balsamic Salad Dressing

We like our salad dressing tart but you may want to add a little more sugar if that suits your family's tastes

• Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup tomato juice
• 1⁄4 cup  balsamic vinegar
• 1 (8 ounce) envelope  Italian salad dressing mix
• 2  teaspoons sugar

Directions

1. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well.
2. Store in a refrigerator.
