Balsamic Pot Roast

Ingredients
- 4 lbs boneless bottom round roast
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 1 -2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1⁄2-1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon basil
Directions
- Place roast in crock pot.
- Add all ingredients.
- Let marinade 4 hours or overnight. (Overnight is best).
- Turn a few times to coat.
- Cook roast on low until internal temp is 145-160, depending on preference of doneness, 6-8 hours.
- Remove remaining juices from Crockpot; pour in a saucepan and boil for 2 minutes.
- Serve over sliced meat.
