Balsamic Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 large shallot, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a large jar with a tight lid mix all ingredients.
- Cover and shake well.
- Refrigerate up to 1 month. Shake well before using.
