Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 large shallot, minced
- 2 tablespoons red bell peppers, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients large jar with a tight lid.
- Shake until well mixed.
- Will last 1 month in refrigerater.
