  1. spray a pan with cooking spray.
  2. salt& pepper the chops on both sides, and saute, about 5 minutes per side, remove from pan add balsamic vinegar to deglaze the pan, add honey and stir to thicken.
  3. add chops back to pan to coat with sauce.
