Balsamic Garlic Marinade

This marinade is awesome on pork or chicken.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 4 -5  garlic cloves, fineley minced
• 2  tablespoons  balsamic vinegar
• 2  tablespoons olive oil
• 2 1⁄2 teaspoons coarse salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
2. Pour over chicken or pork and let sit overnight.
3. Grill the meat or cook it in the oven like you normally would.
