Balsamic Braised Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 3 cups button mushrooms
- 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- salt
Directions
- Rinse and dry mushrooms, set aside.
- Wisk remaining ingredients together to make a vinaigrette, adjust seasoning to taste.
- Toss mushrooms in vinaigrette until evenly coated.
- Place mushrooms in a single layer on a parchment lined baking tray.
- Bake in 325 degree oven one hour or until mushrooms apear carmelized.
