Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup brown rice milk
- 1 -2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 large handful spinach (50g)
Directions
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Freeze for approximately two hours or leave in overnight.
- Once frozen, place the banana and the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth!
