Directions

  1. Sprinkle the trout with salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Combine parsley and the next 6 ingredients in a small bowl and stir.
  3. well.
  4. Stuff half of herb mixture in each fish cavity.
  5. Place fish in buttered 13 X 9 X 2-inch baking dish and dot the fish with butter.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  7. Garnish with lemon wedges.
