Baked Tofu With Cucumbers

Serves: 3-4
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 asian cucumbers or 1⁄2 lb pickling cucumber
- 1⁄2 lb baked asian style tofu or 1⁄2 lb pressed tofu
- 1 red chili
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
Directions
- Wash cucumbers, but don't peel, and julienne.
- Split chili & remove seeds.
- Julienne chili.
- Julienne tofu.
- Mince garlic.
- MIx everything.
- Serve cold or room temperature.
