Baked Tofu

Ingredients
- 16 ounces of firm style tofu
- 2 thin slices fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons tamari
- 2 tablespoons water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cut the tofu into 1/2-inch slices and place them flat in an unoiled baking dish.
- In a blender or small food processor, mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture over the tofu and place uncovered in the oven.
- Bake about 30 minutes.
