Baked Tilapia With Sour Cream Parmesan Crust

This is my favorite way to bake any mild white fish. Fast and easy meal.

Ingredients

  • 16  ounces  tilapia fillets (or any mild, white fish)
  • 6  ounces sour cream
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1  garlic clove, minced
  • 14 cup  Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  •  butter-flavored cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  2. Spray 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Place fish fillets in single layer.
  4. Stir together sour cream, parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread mixture over fillets.
  6. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  7. Spray with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until fish flakes.
