Baked Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package white mushrooms, medium sized
- 6 tablespoons margarine
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs, plain (or 2 slices bread, torn into little pieces)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried basil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Clean mushrooms; remove and finely chop stems.
- Place mushroom caps in a shallow baking pan.
- Melt margarine in skillet and add chopped stems, bread crumbs and seasonings. Saute about 5 minutes.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with bread mixture.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
