Baked Spicy French Fries

Ingredients
- 6 russet potatoes, peeled
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 tablespoon salt, plus more for sprinkling
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Wash the potatoes and peel them.
- Cut each potato in half, and then into wedges or fries.
- Transfer potatoes to a bowl. drizzle with the olive oil, and toss by hand.
- Add the Cayenne pepper, garlic powder and salt, and toss by hand so the potatoes are all spiced.
- In an oven preheated to 400 F, cook the potatoes in a greased baking dish, until they are crispy on the outside.
