Baked Spice Acorn Squash

Ingredients
- 1 (2 -3 lb) acorn squash
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
Directions
- cut squash in half (sorting of removing the "lid") scoop out pulp, and remove the seeds.Mix with pineapple and spice.Scoop back into squash. Wrap in foil and bake 350 for 1 hours Add brown sugar if desired.
