Baked Spice Acorn Squash

Another recipe from my friend Ms Goergie. Pumpkin pie spice gives this a wonderful balance.

  1. cut squash in half (sorting of removing the "lid") scoop out pulp, and remove the seeds.Mix with pineapple and spice.Scoop back into squash. Wrap in foil and bake 350 for 1 hours Add brown sugar if desired.
