Baked Snapper Chinoise

Some of my favorite flavors -- soy, garlic and ginger. Low calorie also. I think I found it in the cookbook 365 Easy Low-Calorie Recipes. Serve with rice and steamed or stir-fried vegetables. Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, broth and sugar in a oven proof shallow casserole dish. Arrange snapper fillets (I have used tilapia) in casserole in a single layer flipping over to coat.
  3. Bake 10 minutes, basting twice with the sauce, until fish is just opaque throughout.
