Baked Sausage and Cheese Omelet

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk (I used 2% milk)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt (such as Lawry’s)
- 8 ounces bulk pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup about 4 ounces grated cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped onion
- fresh chives (optional) or parsley, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Beat eggs, milk, and seasoned salt together in a large bowl. Stir in sausage, cheese, and onion.
- Pour egg mixture into a greased 8-inch-square baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until eggs are cooked and omelet is set.
- Cut into squares and garnish with herbs, if desired.
