Baked Salmon With Tomato, Spinach and Mushroom

Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, chopped
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1 tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup kraft sun dried tomato salad dressing
Directions
- Heat oven to 375°F Place fish fillets, skin side down, in a baking dish sprayed with a cooking spray.
- Mix remaining ingredients until blended; spoon over fish.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
