  1. Preheat oven to 450 and Line a pan with non stick foil.
  2. Spread olive oil across foil where each fillet will go.
  3. Place fillets evenly across foil-thicker ones on the outside.
  4. Cover in olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt and freshly ground pepper on top of each fillet.
  6. Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
