Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 lemon, juice of
Directions
- mix soy sauce through vinegar in baking dish. squeeze in the juice of one lemon. add salmon filets. bake uncovered for 20-25 minute at 375 degrees. turning occasionally, until fish flakes easily.
