Ingredients
- 4 big potatoes
- 100 g labne cheese
- 50 g Roquefort cheese
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove (crushed )
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 250 g mixed nuts
Directions
- boil the potatos without peeling.
- mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Then pierce a little all potatos with a help of knife (they must not be aparted).
- pour the sauce into the potatos.
- then bake them for nearly 20 minutes.
- service while its hot.
