Baked Potato Topping

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1⁄3 lb cheddar cheese, grated
- 1⁄3 lb American cheese, grated
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper
- salt and pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
- Brown ground beef with peppers, onions and minced garlic. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add milk and cook until thickened.
- Add cheeses and seasonings and heat through. Serve with baked potatoes.
