Baked Potato Salad

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 5 -6 potatoes, sliced and cooked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3⁄4 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1⁄3 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 lb bacon, partially cooked, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup olive, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients together.
- Put in 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Top with bacon and chopped olives.
- (olives are optional) Bake at 325* for 35-45 minutes , or until well browned.
