Baked Potato Chips

I love potato chips and wanted a lower fat version so I do not feel guilty about.

  1. Peel Potatos.
  2. Use a mandolin and slice potatoes and put them water bath.
  3. Dry potato for a few minutes on towel.
  4. Spray down large oven sheet and salt and pepper.
  5. Spread potato all over sheet and mix with salt pepper.
  6. Put in oven at 300 and check every 20-30 minutes.
  7. Flip, pull apart potatoes, take out crispy chips and put on toweled bowl. This all takes time. The chips will be golden brown.
