Baked Potato Cheddar Soup

Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon, fried,cooled,and crumbled
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 flour
- 6 cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 -3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 medium baked potatoes, cooled,peeled,and cubed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- In a large pot, melt butter and add flour.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Whisk in milk, stirring constantly, bring mixture to a boil to thicken.
- Add potatoes, garlic, onions.
- Simmer for 10 minutes Add in cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, old bay, and bacon.
- Heat til cheese is melted and serve!
