Baked Pork Chops

Created this not wanting all that soggy breading under the gravy goodness. The cream of chicken soup was a new twist instead of the same old mushroom soup and was a tasty surprise! Show more

Serves: 3

Ingredients

  • 6  breakfast  pork chops
  • 1 -2  tablespoon butter
  • 1  ounce  onion soup mix
  • 10 12 ounces  cream of chicken soup
  • 1  cup water

Directions

  1. Brown chops in butter.
  2. Transfer to baking dish
  3. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chops.
  4. Mux water with can of soup.
  5. Pour over chops.
  6. Cover tightly and bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
