Baked Parmesan Chicken

From the Rancho Temecula Area Women's Club cookbook. Submitted by Pat Romans. I made this for dinner the other night because I happened to have all the ingredients on hand. My husband said it was the best chicken I'd ever made. This is a great dish for company too - super easy to put together so it can bake while you get other things done! Show more

Directions

  1. Combine cracker crumbs, cheese, pepper, salt, oregano, paprika and cayenne.
  2. Combine garlic and butter.
  3. Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry.
  4. Dip chicken in butter, and dredge in cracker mixture.
  5. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour until done.
