Baked Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup fine dry breadcrumb
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 lbs boneless chicken breasts or 4 lbs pork chops
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup cheese, oregano, garlic powder and pepper.
- Roll the chicken or chops in crumb mixture.
- Arrange in 15x10 inch pan, Skin side down.
- Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Turn the meat.
- Bake 20 minutes more.
- Blend soup and milk.
- Pour over meat.
- Sprinkle with paprika and remaining cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes more.
