Baked Papaya

Ingredients

  • 1  papaya, cut into serving portions (mature but unripe)
  •  cinnamon, to taste
  •  sugar, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and put a little bit of water in a baking pan.
  2. Remove seeds from papaya, sprinkle fruit with cinnamon and sugar and place in baking pan.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes and serve while hot.
