Baked Onion Rings

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 cup flour
- 1 dash seasoning salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- olive oil
Directions
- Prep: 1 cup flour in bowl/tupperware. Add seasoning salt and pepper to taste).
- In a second bowl: mix one egg and a few tablespoons of milk. beat with fork.
- In a 3rd container: Panko bread crumbs, seasoning salt, pepper.Drizzle a slight amount of olive oil over the mixture.
- Cut onion into rings. (Vidalia onions are the best!).
- Put several rings in flour mixture. Coat evenly.
- Remove rings from flour mixture, dip quickly in egg/milk mixture.
- Put rings in bread crumbs and coat evenly. Remove and lay on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until done.
- It is easier to put the 3 bowls/ingredients into tupperware with a lid and shake with onions in it.
