Cinnamon-Raisin Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1 granny smith apple, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix everything together in a greased 1 quart casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until milk is absorbed.
- Serve with milk or cream. Add more sugar or other toppings to your heart's desire.
