Baked Meatballs

This is a very versitile recipe. I use ground turkey, but you can use whatever ground meat you prefer. You can also add whatever spices you want to flavor the meatballs to your liking. You can serve these with spaghetti sauce, bbq sauce, or as meatball subs, whatever you wish. They are simple to make. Show more

Serves: 6-8

Yields: 32-36 meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs  ground meat
  • 14 lb  saltine crackers, crushed (equals 1 sleeve)
  • 1  egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 14 cups water

Directions

  1. Line 1 bar pan or 2 9X13 pans with foil. Spray with non-stick fat-free cooking spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Roll mix into balls (about 2 Tbsp worth).
  4. Place onto prepared pan.
  5. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve as desired.
