Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1⁄2 cups milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Prepare Macaroni according to package directions. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour, mustard and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until mixture coats spoon. Remove from heat. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Stir until melted. Add to cooked macaroni and stir. Turn into greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
