Baked Herb Crackers

Christmas Eve wouldn't be Christmas Eve without these crunchy little snacks!

Yields: 24-36 snack size servings

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package  oyster crackers
  • 1 14 ounces  dry ranch dressing mix
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1  teaspoon dill weed
  • 23 cup  vegetable oil or 23 cup canola oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Mix ALL ingredients (1.25 ounce envelope dry Ranch dressing mix) in a resealable plastic bag, turning and turning to coat the crackers.
  3. Spread, evenly, onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until crisp and lightly golden.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
