Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup white wine
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 dash dill
Directions
- fry simply hash browns in 3 T. olive oil.
- add sour cream , lemon juice, white wine, and cheese.
- mix well, add salt, pepper, and dill.
- place in baking dish bake at 375- for 25 minutes.
